Changing Or Cancelling An Order
Please contact us as soon as possible. An order cannot be changed or cancelled once it has been dispatched.
Most orders will arrive to you within 2-3 days. All orders are sent by Royal Mail.

Many of My Sister Mabel's stock items are limited stock so may not be repeated in a season - so it's best to grab things you like when they are available.
We hope you love your My Sister Mabel Products but if you are not entirely satisfied we are happy to refund or exchange any item purchased via out website within 21 days of purchase. Delivery charges are non-refundable - but if you exchange a size we will send your replacement by Royal Mail free of charge (UK only) We can only issue refunds to the purchaser. Returns must be unused and re-saleable condition with the swing ticket still attached. We recommend that goods are returned using Recorded Delivery as we cannot accept responsibility for items lost in transit. You should receive your refund/credit/cheque or exchange (when in stock) within 7 working days. We endeavour to process this as quickly as possible. Please note any sale/reduced items will not be returnable or refundable. We do not run a live stock update system, if there is some mistake (someone orders at the same time and there is only one left) we will refund you straight away. Please email for returns address.
